Established in 2017, Brady’s Wildlife Adventures offers small group safari tours with up to 8 clients per group. We currently have four tours scheduled in Kenya in 2018 and are planning on running more. View our 2018 tour schedule here https://bradyswildlifeadventures.com.au/2018-tours/
All our tours stay at a combination of 4 and 5 star accommodations with high guest ratings however, our tours are the same price most safari companies charge for 3 and 4 star accommodations. This is simply because I am doing this because it is my passion, and not looking for large profits.
All tours will be guided by myself Brady Mountford (owner of Brady’s Wildlife Adventures) and all tours we hire some of the best drivers/guides in Africa. As a result of over 7 years experience of travelling to Africa on safari, and watching thousands of hours of wildlife documentaries I have an excellent knowledge of all African animals you will see in a typical game drive.

In August 2014 my family and I travelled with Brady to Zambia visiting Lusaka, Livingstone and South Luangwa National Park. For myself and the family this was our first time visiting Africa where as Brady it was his third time visiting Zambia. We met in Livingstone where we stayed for three nights giving us limited amount of time to see the town and do all of Livingstone’s tourist activities. On our first day we wanted to go see the animals. Brady organised a game drive in Mosi-oa-tunya National Park, visit to Victoria Falls, and a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river, seeing African Elephant, Cape Buffalo and Hippopotamus for the first time. The following day we visited a lion and cheetah rehabilitation centre which Brady had recommended where we got to pet, walk and have photographs with lions and cheetahs which where in the early stages of their rehabilitation. Brady was also very helpful in recommending the best places to eat and took us to some of the best cafes, restaurants and bars in Livingstone.
Next we stayed at Protea Hotel Safari Lodge on the outskirts of Zambia’s capital Lusaka. Brady had suggested we stay here and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was on a private game reserve which free roaming animals as well as lions in large enclosures. We went on a amazing quad bike safari where our guides led us through the tracks of the game reserve seeing several species of antelope, zebra and warthog. We also enjoyed the pool, bar and walking trails.
Our final destination was South Luangwa National Park where we had four hour game drives at sunrise and late afternoon. We saw a large variety of different animals including our first sightings of wild leopards and large prides of lions. Although we had excellent guides, Brady had a great knowledge of the wildlife and was able to give us additional information about the animals. This also came in handy between game drives when wildlife was walking by our lodge.
Brady did an excellent job helping us with our tour and I highly recommend travelling with him especially if it is your first trip to Africa
In October 2017 I travelled to Kenya with Brady. This was my first time travelling Internationally and wasn’t sure what to expect or even how to organise an itinerary. Fortunately Brady had been to Kenya several times and was familiar with the parks, accommodations and activities.
Brady had organised a custom itinerary and private vehicle for the two of us. On the first day we visited Nairobi National Park, Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the Girraffe centre which where all amazing experiences. Being relatively new to using a DSLR camera Brady was able to give me plenty of tips on how to use my camera and photograph wildlife properly, even suggesting different photographs to take.
We next visited Amboseli National Park where Brady had picked out an excellent lodge where we had great views of the open plains. While on safari we had a great view of Mount Kilimanjaro and saw plenty of wildlife. We also visited a Masai Village which was an amazing experience I will never forget.
We next flew from Amboseli to the Masai Mara National Park where we stayed at Mara Sopa Lodge. We did two full day game drives where we saw lots of lions and cheetahs even seeing a leopard and black rhino which both are quite rare in the Masai Mara. Brady was excellent at finding the animals, knowing where to look he found well-hidden lions and hyenas which other vehicles had driven straight past.
Visiting Kenya with Brady was an experience I will never forget. Some friends and I have already booked a tour with Brady’s Wildlife Adventures in August 2018. I cant wait to go back.
